WHERE:
Farragut SquareAs you can see I was a bit hungry, that I started eating before I can take a picture. There was less fish than I would care to have and side of rice and beans was dry and forgettable. The fish, however, was grilled nice and soft and meshed well with the corn salsa - just wished there was more of it. After eating both tacos, I was not completely full and would have to have an afternoon snack later on in the day. I will say though that the guacamole was as tasty guac that I have tasted. Now, I admit I have high standards for fish tacos from my trip to San Diego. The fish tacos I had there were bigger and had more toppings and had a bit of a spice kick to it. Unfortunately, this did not dethrone my San Diego experience, but it does provide for variety for your lunch week, fresh guacamole and good quick bite for someone looking for something different and with a little to decent sized appetite. 7 wheeler review. While not an outstanding review, I would definitely would like to try more on the menu from this truck
HOW:
In a scene dominated by similar food as of late (i.e. Kabob, halal, bbq, etc.) it was a fresh surprise to find a truck with BEACH cuisine. To me, this is the essence of the food truck movement, to have at your disposal a food genre that literally comes to you for you to try. I didn't find out until later that this truck actually DID have a brick and mortar restaurant that they are obviously expanding their customer base.
