Latin food truck

The menu:

WHERE:

Franklin Square

HOW:

Yet another beautiful Spring day, always seem to fit the mood for food trucks. Yet, another group of trucks at the local square (Franklin) that I have yet to try. What do I feel like? There is some Laos food, Pie (pizza) truck, and Latin food. While the Laos food peaked my interest, Latin food seemed very appetizing and the menu sold me with the arepas.

The review

This is the beauty of food trucks, having a authentic indigenous latin dish in an area that does not have any choices like this. The inside was exactly what I expected, delicious flavor with the right amount of spice. What threw me off was the corn bread, as it was thick and filled me up quite a bit. It was more heavyweight than I would have liked, that in the end I ended up taking a fork and eating the insides as I was getting way too full. The yuca fries were typical of the latin yuca fries, nothing special, but definitely appetizing.

WHY:

7.5 wheeler review. This was on par with my last review and thus, the same score. Great meat and flavor, average fries, and filling cornbread gives this a solid review.
