HOW:

So, as a sidenote, this little experiment of a website has started to slow with the lack of food trucks! When I first saw this site, I mistakenly thought there was an abundance of food trucks in the city. However, checking the food truck tracker, it turns out that I am running thin on choices. Hopefully in the next couple days more and more will show up. Anyway, this is one of the trucks I had yet to review. I've seen it one other time, but didn't try it. I will tell you that this had the most choices in terms of the menu. I was excited to go, so as usual we left work a little early to avoid the long line. We were confused as we arrived at Franklin square as the only truck we saw was one decked out in Entourage.

As we got closer, we confirmed that this was in fact the Sauca truck.

We were once again, the first in line, which was good cause it took a while to decide with that expansive menu. In the end, I chose the mumbai butter chicken - I've found that the first thing on the menu, usually is the most popular dish.

The Review

Before I begin, I will mention that my last review was the Fojol Bros. butter chicken, which I felt was delicious, so maybe it was unfair to review it. The first thing I noticed was the cashews (maybe I should actually read the menu), which I tried for the first couple bites, but ultimately removed all cashews as it just didn't fit the wrap. After that, it was smooth sailing, the spices & herbs was bountiful, and really made the meal. There was not as much as sauce to get the butter chicken taste, but the little that was there was soaked in by the flatbread, so that was a plus.

WHY:

7 WHEELER review. Maybe it was a bias on my past fojol truck meal, but I couldn't rate this at the same level as the butter chicken from Fojol bros. All in all, I would like to go back as the rest of my coworkers were raving about their meals (I must rethink this first item on the menu theory I have).
